There is not just one best food. Good tasting food that is healthy would include lots of fresh vegetables and fruit, a few nuts of your choice, lean meats and fish cooked in olive oil, whole grain products, egg whites with sauteed mushrooms and a bit of onion, potatoes. Weight Watchers and Healthy Choice TV dinners are very good, much better than they used to be. Also for the ultimate TV dinner that is healthy for you try Boca Burger's lasagna. It's pricey, but worth it. YUMMM!

Oats. you can sweeten it with honey and add yogurt if you like but I like my oats plain. The best-tasting oats is the steel-cut slow-cooking kind, not the instant oats.
