In most major airlines you are either a domestic or international flight attendant. they have totally different training and rules to abide by. pay scale is also almost double for international FA's.

with air canada, u can defintely start with international flights...ur first trip might be paris, thats what they told us when i went for an interview with the recruiters

if u do get selected, they'll defintely send you to London as there many flights, Frankfut, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Shanghai and many other destinations

I believe with any airline carrier, those who have seniority have more selective choices to international flights and tend get most of them if they want it... Therefore you might get one , now and then....
