I am very thin. I want to gain 10 lbs of muscle (not FAT! MUSCLE!)?
What is the best way to do this? I am not very fit at the moment, so I'd need to start out kinda slow.
I have minimal time to dedicate to this, but I wanna go from looking like Mary-Kate Olsen to Angelina Jolie in Tomb Raider. So, where do I start?

OK start by walking allot or if you can, run.
when you do get time, you may want to do just5 push-ups you will get stronger then move up to 10,20, ect.
