Your a juvenile charged with Indecent Exposure??
Mooning is probably still considered a harmless prank. You will probably catch a fine. If a first offense you might just get off with probation or a suspended sentence.
Actually, you got lucky. A few years ago, I had just finished a traffic control duty for a high school foot ball game and was walking back to the ball field through a small wooded area. I saw a naked young man trotting through the trees towards the field fence. He was through the fence before I could get to him. He streaked the field and managed to get away. I retraced his path thinking I would find his car. Instead, I found his clothes. I took them back to my patrol car, found his wallet and ID, and took them to his home and turned them over to his shocked mother and really pissed off father. His sister thought it was hilarious that he was out there naked.
There are worse things then being given a ticket. . .
