Nutritionally, the flash freezing technique has become so good these days that foods don't lose any of their nutritional value when frozen. So it's basically a personal taste thing. Fresh strawberries hold their shape better (frozen strawberries when thawed get a little mushy--but still taste real good). You should also read the package of any frozen food to see if sugar (and salt and other things) have been added which might affect you or your recipe (some frozen strawberry packages come with sugar already added which you might not want).

This really depends on what type of fruits/veggies... For instance, if you go buy fresh peas, rather than fresh frozen peas, the frozen are actually frozen when they are fresher than if you'd brought them home to prepare. Naturally, fresh is best, but oh how yummy, and nutritious it is if you're lucky enough to have your own garden or veggie patch.

there really isn't much of a difference provided you aren't cooking the frozen ones. most frozen vegtables are cooked and therefore can lose some of their nutritional value however if you just thaw and eat things like strawberries and rasberries they're almost identical to eating fresh fruit. technology these days is such that companies can flash freeze the product whether it be produce, seafood or whatever on site when it's at it's freshest.

have faith it or not, frozen could be in good shape than clean through fact they're frozen authentic away and don't lose any foodstuff by sitting out after being picked. Canned has extra sodium, much less fiber, and, different than for probable beets and chickpeas, flavor not something like the clean or frozen vegetable.
