I can only tell you what is in it. I am going to try to duplicate it at home just by adjusting for flavor. The hardest part will be in creating the roasted garlic balsamic cream sauce.
I'll start with this basic sauce recipe.
GARLIC CREAM SAUCE:
1/2 cup roasted garlic, pureed, minced
4 cups heavy cream
Salt and cayenne pepper

In a saucepan combine roasted garlic and heavy cream and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until liquid has reduced by half, about 20 minutes.


Whole Grain Tuscan Fettuccine, features a whole grain pasta along with broccoli, mushrooms, onion and sweet red pepper julienne glazed with roasted garlic, balsamic, a touch of fresh cream and is topped with a parmesan and parsley garnish.
