HAIR: How old do you..?

think you have to be to dye your hair? Like what is the appropriate age girls start dying there hair at?

And by dying i don't know just one boring simple colour, i'm talking about the fun unique stuff. :)

well i'm 14 i started last year i've done bright red. orange. pink and right now i just belached it and it looks like crap so i'm dying it blue black tomrrow night so i guess 13ish?
