I wake up in the morning and eat at 8am a protein shake. At 12:30 i snack on a fruit such as an apple or an orange at school with a bag of baked lays. At 4 pm i eat a big, healthy homemade dinner my grandmother makes. I try to drink lots of water. 3-4 water bottles daily. Is this healthy. Thanks.

Seems healthy to me, maybe you should eat another meal 1-2 hours before bed time, make sure you drink at least 2 liters of water daily ( other liquids do count too ), more fruits would help you fight infections and aging.
