Clitoral hood for sure. I didn't think it hurt at all when i got my nipples pierced. VCH was a strange pain. It hurt like fiery hell for about two seconds. Then there was no more pain ever again.
After the actual piercing, nipples hurt more. They stay sore longer, and take a lot longer to heal. VCH is more or less healed in two weeks, completely in 6. And it truly was never sore. Nipples, you can expect a full year of ups and downs, and maybe even longer.
You basically pierce your nipples for someone else. They look hot, no doubt, and make me feel good about myself anyway, but as far as sensation goes, I didn't notice a huge increase. The VCH, well, that's a piercing that's all for you.

The clit itself is not pierced and generally should not be pierced. Typically the clitoral hood is pierced and in my experience, the hood hurts more than nipple piercings.
Overall, both areas are sore for a while, but the nipples are much more temperamental to heal and very difficult to deal with sometimes. They take almost a year to heal, whereas the hood piercing will only take about half that time.

I had my nipples done and it HURT!!!! Nipples aren't a fun thing to have pierced. I have a friend who had her clit pierced and she didn't even feel it. She said she had an orgasm when he clamped it and missed the needle all together. Nipples take a LONG time to heal, while I've heard that clit piercings take a very short healing time.

search youtube or maybe limewire for video of both. from what i have seen as a piercer is, clit hurts a lil more but you have two nipples!

Hmm. I've got both done and neither of them hurt. It was actually a huge rush of adrenaline. But then, I have a really high pain tolerance.
