Another computer issue. I have a computer that believe it or not is?

still running windows 98,( i can hear you) well anyway, would it be better to wait and upgrade to vista or should i upgrade to xp. i doubt that the computer even has the capabilities to run vista.

It may not even have the "ooomph" to run XP. Go to the below link to have PC Pitstop run a test on your computer to see if it'll handly XP. Good luck.
