I have a Canon A620, and I don't know what happened, but something is wrong with the memory card place. Everytime I take a picture, it won't save. First I thought it was the memory card, so I bought a new one, and it still doesn't work! The camera has a 1-year warranty, and I ordered it over the net, so should I try to send it back or something? Or does anyone knowof any camera repairs I can take it to? Thanks in advance! :)

John P is right, in that you should first attempt to contact Canon technical support. If they are unable to assist you to resolve the problem over the phone, either they may be able to provide you reference to an "authorized service representative" or refer you to the papers provided with your camera at point of sale.

Assuming you have the original receipt for the camera, or other documentation to establish that this problem is within the warranty period, "warrantied repairs," as described in your Warranty, should be provided. You may have to pay postage and handling charges if you cannot physically render your camera to a camera repair center recognized by Canon for "warranted service."

Have you tried Canons technical support? Call and tell them what it's doing, maybe they can walk you through it. Good luck.
