im installing a program onto my computer and it says i need a higher VGA or something. how do i get that?

VGA is your video graphics adaptor, or video card. The program is saying you need a better card to handle the programs needs. This is fairly easy to do, but you can have a shop do it for you. The box the program came in should tell you the minimum video needed.

Go START-> Control Panel
Double click on Display to open display properties
Go to "Settings" and increase (if possible) your screen resolution.
