No No No!!!!!!11 poetry??? art?? are u kidding me... dude listen ask her about, if she had pets, ask her what type of clothing brands she likes ask her where she likes to go on vacation, ask her what her favorite holiday is, that way when u get into relationship with her you will know little things, then she will tell u big things, see poetry works on some girls, but not all girls will think you are a nerd. ask her about her best times in her life what she enjoyed the most, DO NOT bring kids or ex b.f up. Best question is WHATS HER FAV COLOR she will laugh but it shows her that u care!!!!!!! trust me. and then ask her what her fav color of roses are? and then in a week or 2 sent her a rose or a dozen of that color but dont write that its from u if she brings it up say wasnt ur fav color .... and thats when u say the roses color!!!!!!!1 be like i thought u liked white roses!!

If she's the intellectual type try asking about the most recent book she's read, or what kind of poetry she likes.
If she's into music, or movies; same deal.
If you don't know what her interests are then a question like: What kinds of things are you interested in? would be a good starter.
Just a suggestion. Oh and on a different and non related subject, browse a dictionary.
