I have dark hair and think I think it looks good and it is natural. My hair dresser said it is too dark, why don't I dye it blonde. I am debating this

I actually think that dark haired women are more mysterious and more attractive then fair hair. They tend to also have more depth and are not quite as shallow or surface, meaning you can't read them as easily. I would definitely not change the hair color. You're opening a whole can of worms by going blonde. Can you just imagine the roots? You'll be touching those up every week.

Hair dressers make big money dying hair blonde because it is very hard to keep up and you have to keep going back to get it touched up. Blonde hair is also difficult because the color never tends to be even throughout the hair especially as it grows out and needs to be touched up. You can end up with brassy, orangy tones in your hair especially if you have any natural red tones in your hair color. The chemicals used for blonde hair are also very harsh for your hair. It can damage your ends and cause breakage and frizziness.

I think if you find your dark hair a little boring you should go with some really cool burgandy streaking. You could even go with something more drastic like those brighter colors they make like hot pink...

There are way too many bleach blonde dye jobs out there. Don't be a conformist....

If you like the way your hair looks, don't worry about what your hair dresser's opinion is. Most are just itching to get their hands in natural hair and start bleaching or perming. They can't help it. It's kind of like an artist looking at a blank canvas.

If your dye your hair blonde, it will dry your hair and you will have to maintain the color---so you might want to take the cost into consideration. If you're curious to find out what you'd look like as a blond, you might want to try one of those computer programs where you take a picture of your face and try on different hair colors and styles.

I think before I would go and dye it all blonde, maybe you could try just getting some highlights done and see if you like it. I personally don't hold a preference in the color of women's hair LOL. I have a light ash brown colored hair now. I always had a light blonde colored hair up until a few years ago. It darkened naturally. I have had highlights and I loved them. Considering getting them done again. Hope that this helps.

I do think darker hair is more attractive than blonde hair, but, a big BUT, it depends of who thinks what is more attractive, in my opinion the darker the better, I have brown hair, between a honey color and a chocolate color... so I am a brunette, and I love my hair, I wouldn't dye it blonde just because someone told me to, so if you say your hair is natural and dark it must be gorgeous, don't need to dye it...

BRUNETTES ROCK!!!!!!!!

dark hair suits Asian skin better. I see too many ridiculous looking Asian women (mostly Chinese) with blonde or red hair, but black eye brow. Usually, the hair dressers will try to recommend stuff to "soften" your looks, but to me, I think it's only because they need to make $$ and I am no sucker - so I always tell them "maybe on my next visit", then I don't go back to them again. If you really want a different color and if you'r Asian - perhaps go for a dark brown or just a little highlighting

Blonde hair is certainly attractive, but many people prefer darker hair nowadays. Stick to your natural color, be happy with who you are! If your hair dresser says it is too dark, make it a shade lighter...don't jump a billion shades lighter and make it blonde! Another option is to get highlights.

Well, I'm naturally blonde, so obviously I'll have to defend the natural blondes in the world, I think that's pretty. But, I will also say that brunettes that are natural and don't dye or bleach their hair are ALWAYS prettier than the girls that so. So, in my opinion, keep it how it is, I'm sure its gorgeous.

is this yet another a sort of questions the place the asker has already desperate the respond, lol? I desire blond over darkish, yet a redhead makes me take greater advantageous than a 2nd look. i will think of of a few incredibly/attractive darkish haired gals. For celebrities, i've got at present been attracted to Cote de Pablo on the teach NCIS. Now that i think of of it, i assume i come across Abby -- on the same teach -- appealing to boot.

Don't change the natural look of your hair. You're born with it for a reason. Anyways, I think dark hair is more attractive no matter what your skin tone is.
