Don't ever do it just to get a memory, or give one.
Wait until the time is right, not just until he finds out he is going to juvie.

I'd say--no. Why? Have you had sex with him before? What if you were to get pregnant? STD's? While he is in juvie-maybe you could write to him. Why could he be going to juvie? Skip school, or worse? How would your parent (s) feel about him, and what he did, or was involved with? For you, is he worth waiting for? Take care.
