Before listening to anything anyone offers, sells, has to offer, or recommends, pay attention to this simple equation that will apply for the rest of your life:

If what goes into your body is more than what you burn off, BMI will go up. If what goes into your body is less than what you burn off BMI will go down.

So, make sure you eat very healthy regularly, drink water to remove toxins, and do aerobic exercise. That's the secret...but people don't make money off of it.

Go to this website and enter your height and weight to confirm your BMI. Once you get it, try reducing your weight until you reach a BMI in the 20th percentile (It's not 20 %). This will let you know how much weight you need to loose to reach your desired BMI.

149lbs.X.05(5%)= 7.45lbs. You must loose 7.45 pounds to reduce your body weight by 5%. Good luck!!!
