You need to see a dermatologist. There are a million different prescription medications you can try. The first always doesn't work, so you need a dermatologist (or family doctor) to work with you. Tetracycline works, clindamyacin is another good one. Accutane is prescribed in severe cases. Try proactive if you don't have insurance. Tetracycline and a lot of other topical medications aren't that expensive though. See a doc. Go get some nice skin man!!

Mental illness doesn't cause pimples but too many bacteria does make pimples . I suggest that you use dish detergent once a day to wash the face gentle. Keep your hands clean . Find some sulfur powder for all the furniture and especially for your pillow. A disinfectant spray can be useful. I would strongly urge you to add uncooked yogurt to your food every day. It will reduce the bacteria in the blood... good luck and enjoy some sun soon.

Try not to pop them, although it's tempting. Use an astringent like clear and control, after washing your face everyday. Get a face cleaner that is formulatted to remove dirt and oil and use it in combination with warm water. Pat dry your face then apply the astringent and use upward strokes once in each area. (The astringent will close your pores back up)
Then get a non-oil based lotion.
