Do they count your sencond semester only, or combine your first and second semster EX: 1ST semester "F" 2ND semester "A" . Can some one please clarify this for me?

there are two GPAs. one is the semester GPA, which is the points of ur grades (a=4, b=3, c=2, d=1, f=0) added together and then divided by how many classes you had. thats called an average, in case you dont know. then theres your cumlitive GPA that colleges look at when you are applying. thats all ur GPAs up to the point of application divided by how many semesters youve taken.
