Well I don't think it is the fear (scared) factor in talking that is troubling you. I think it is nervousness, and you "not wanting to say something stupid" or "do something stupid".
It is more like a lack of confidence. If you like a guy, Tell him, don't be afraid, most girls are (so they say) too shy to tell a guy that they like them... why? the guy may like you too, but was too shy himself to say anything...
Yes girls, guys have the same problems and fears and being nervous, how "scared" you are feeling is just an indication on how much you really like that person.

Sophia, many guys are also scared of talking to girls. First question is who will start talking. If you have a particular guy in mind and he isn't starting the conversation, you better do it or he'll walk away. Most important, however, is to learn to be comfortable with yourself. Learn to love and honor yourself, to accept yourself without judgment. If you can learn to be comfortable with yourself you will be comfortable with anyone. Guys included. What to talk about? Weather, school, politics, religion, the usual stuff.

relax and find a guy that is easy to talk to and talks to u a lot.
if ur the kind of person who mostly listens than talks, then talk to a guy who talk a lot so that u mostly can listen and the conversation doesn't lull too much...lol
or for just regular guys, ask them about homework or something (if u go to school?), then lead intio conversation

Think if u were him and he talked to u. first u want to phych yourself up. u need to figure out wether u rush in or stare from 5 meters away it probably will happen that u talk or he talks to u. now that i probably just scared, u i might want to tell u to take something of his and then give it back to him and say u found it. make sure its something important so u can say "wow im interested in that too" and u better read up about it. please write me back if it works or doesnt!!!!!

Know that he is just as scared of talking to you as you are of talking to him. Most guys are flattered by girls who want to talk to them... especially if they are pretty.

Its not hard to talk to guy. You know whats harder to talk to? yall girls thats something hard to overcome. What i did to overcome the fear of talking to girls was to talk of things that both capture our attention. And the conversation just keeps on and going all of sudden you lose you fear.

well make ur self confident. dont be scared, try to talk to him as much as you can. but dont over do it,, once in a while and you wont be afraid thats what i did,, i turned out fine.

You must beleive you are the HBIC (head ***** in charge) of that room, nothing makes him more superior to you, it may sound arrogant, but it will give you the self confidence to approach people
