Hey! That's MY goal! What I'm doing is watching my carb intake, I eat only 20 grams of carbs per day, I do 45 minutes of aerobic exercise (Walk Away the Pounds), I'm keeping a journal of all the stuff I eat all day, I'm drinking water and take vitamins. So far in two days I have lost 3 1/2 lbs.

You can lose 20 lbs by doing the following:

1. Eat breakfast everyday NO EXCEPTION!!

2. Eat Fruit before 12 noon daily

3. Exercise Regular 3-4 times a week

4. Drink Plenty of Water -8 glasses daily

You want to lose the weight 1-2 lbs a week up to April

I lost 70 pounds myself. the best thing for you to do is, of course, eat right and increase your daily activity. I personally really am not a big fan of working out in a gym 5 days a week with all those people watching me. Also it can get EXPENSIVE. so i would suggest a workout tape. start out simple for the first week and a half then increase. ALSO buy a pedometer. they only coast 10$ It will keep track of how many steps you take a day and how many calories you burn. It will motivate you to walk more and burn off more calories!! which is a lot cheaper then a 300$ gym membership. Good Luck!!!!

Well I just started a diet that a doctor stressed on me and it says to lower my carbohydrate intake and raise my protein intake. Try to stop snacking on junk and exchange it for fresh fruit or Veggies. Also make sure to do moderate exercise at least 4-5 days a week for about 30-45 minutes a day. Hope this helps. I don't know if you can loose 20 lb. by april but one of the fastest ways is if you eat or drink alot of sugary stuff cut it out of your diet by switching to say diet sodas or sugar free or low cal foods and use sugar substiutes. And lots of exercise and rest but make sure you drink plenty of water
