I wake up in the morning and eat at 8am a protein shake. At 12:30 i snack on a fruit such as an apple or an orange at school with a bag of baked lays. At 4 pm i eat a big, healthy homemade dinner my grandmother makes. I try to drink lots of water. 3-4 water bottles daily. Is this healthy. Thanks. This is a diet to lose weight little by little.

I would change 2 things....... add a protein to your lunch, low fat / low sugar yogurt, sliced deli meat, cottage cheese or have a protein shake with your lunch too.

Instead of the baked lays I would have a slice of multi grain bread. The lays are empty calories. The multi grain bread will at least give you some nutrients.

Be careful with dinner, don't load up just because you have been good all day. Your meat needs to be the size of your palm and watch starches and breads. Try loading up on veggies and fruits.

Your water looks great

Nope, you are getting two snacks and one meal.

The water intake is great! But it sounds like your diet is nutritionally lacking. If you are not eating enough calories, your body will be resistant to weight loss. Also, protein shakes are never as good as a high-protein food, and you do not seem to be eating whole grains at all.

Head over to the food pyramid site to get a good idea of what a healthy diet should look like.

Your water consumption is great, but you gotta have more substance in your meals. At least add more healthy low calorie foods like fruits and vegetables if you wan't to lose weight (which is my assumption considering your current diet. And unless you go to bed by six or seven at night every night, you must eat another meal before going to bed.

The majority of your calories consumed should be done so before 6 pm, and they should be spread out fairly evenly throughout the day.

it kinda sounds healthy. Are you really eating enough? I mean, are you hungry? if you are, thats your bodys way of telling you that you already burned the calories you took in.
