How do you know if your dog is pregneant please help? and how long does it take until it will have its babys?

If this is an accidental mating take her to a Vet ASAP. If you do not want the pregnancy & it is early on in the pregnancy your Vet can administer a hormone shot to cause her to misscarry. If its too late for that then spay surgery will have to be done.
It's advisable to get prenatal care for her if you want her to continue her pregnancy. The average pregnancy in a dog lasts abt 8 1/2 weeks. 58-63 days. Everything that happens to us can occur in dogs including morning sickness.

If you're hoping for a pregnancy, the best way to be certain that the mating has produced puppies would be to have your dog checked by a veterinarian.
If this was an unwanted mating and you're worried that your dog might be pregnant, you can also take her to the vet and have her checked out. If she is indeed pregnant, and you don't want the puppies from this surprise pregnancy, your veterinarian can perform spay surgery which will both terminate her pregnancy (kill the pups) as well as keep her from getting pregnant by accident again.
Unless you plan to breed this dog for some reason - and are going to do so responsibly - please take her in and have her spayed.

Well u could always take to vet and spend money wher eu might not find anthing out. but just feel the belly, if she's pregnant then u should see her get fatter and fell the pups

dogs are pregnant about 2 months and you should know within about 3 weeks.

well it gets really irratated easily and its Super fat all the sudden it usually takes a month and 1/2

you have to squeeze her nipples and see if milk comes out. but I don't now how long it takes
