When I exercise a lot my whole body aches. My Q is do I do it again in pain or wait a few days for it my body to stop aching? I am trying to lose weight

It's from tiny muscle tears from exercise. Just take it slow, but don't stop exercising.

Don't overexert yourself for the next day or two. Light exercise is best until you are less sore. Drink lots of fluids, eat healthy foods and lean protein. Don't kill yourself. Working out to the point of agony will not help you lose weight. Moderate daily exercise is more effective than a weekly torture session.

It is always good to give your muscles a day to recooperate from the workout because this is the time the tissues repair and your muscle grows and tones especially after doing weight resistance training- but if it is just cardio go for it!! until your body gets more use to it you have to suffer through a little, but well worth it!! No pain- No gain!!

TRY A MORE MODERATE EXERCISE LIKE WALKING AND WHATEVER YOU THINK UNTIL THE PAIN FROM THE MORE VIGOROUS EXERCISE SUBSIDES SOME THEN START W/TH THE MORE VIGOROUS , IN OTHER WORDS VARY IN ACCORDANCE TO YOUR FEELING. BUT DONT STOP ALL TOGETHER JUST CAUSE A MUSCLE ACHES A BIT. JUST DO A VERY GENTLE EXERCISE AND BE PATIENT. HAVE GOOD DIET AND DRINK PLAIN WATER. NO SOFT DRINKS BICARBONATE ETC.

you can do cardio exercises everyday. but the best way to work out muscles is a section every other day. like upper arms, and abs 1 day, next day only do legs, next day thighs and buttocks. that's what i was told by my trainer, not to work out the same muscle group every day but every other day. your body needs time to rest and heal. you can still do cardio though everyday with these. but take a day or so off every now and then to relax and rest up. good luck!
