Keep in mind I am an activ, and thin 13 years old, and do not currently have access to free weights, bench, any equipment at all, and I am a year young to be admitted to my local gym. Thank you in advance, you might really help me!

you can buy weights at a sports and fitness store and work out with those, toning your abs takes lots of work between crunches, sit ups... etc. Just don't make the same mistake i did, I lifted weights just to get some muscle and the next day couldn't even move because I was soooo sore. But it was all worth it in the end.
