I am in class with this boy! and he is a new student! and i really like him and he stares at me.... but we are both too shy to say hi!
is there anything i can do or any way i should dress or act in order for him to get the confidence to say hi or hopefully just be less shy around me!

You have to stop being so shy! He obviousley likes you so make the first move! Just talk to him. If your reaaalllyyy shy practice what your gonna say before. Remember, think before you speak! You wanna make a good first impression! Also, give him hints you like him but dont be straightfoward. It always helps!

You've got to listen to all these other people who've answered this question: don't be shy!!!! There isn't any harm in saying hi to a guy. You can start by saying hey to other people in the class and then just randomly say hey to him too. Bring him into a conversation you're having with other people. He'll feel good that he's being included as a friend of yours...(and hopefully more than that!) Ask him about where he's from, and why he moved here....if he just moved here.....Then maybe he'll get the hint that you're interested in what he has to say.

ok baby this is what u do at one point me and this girl was also like this and it didint turn out to well because we never ended up talkin just because we were both too shy so DO NOT STAY SHY thats for sure go talk to him right away and im being serious if u 2 pass looks twords each other most likely something really good will come out of it ok and be urself dont dress a certain way ok

Just be you! I am the same way. I'm really shy when it comes to liking guys and trying to talk to them. But the only thing that actually gets me to start talking to them is being myself. If he really likes you he will like you for who you really are. Dress cute... not slutty. Don't show too much.. leave a bit to his imagination... they love that too. And another thing that I do is when you two are in class together... ask him something like did you get this for that problem something really random like that then say thank you look him in the eye and smile. That's a great ice breaker that got me my boyfriend right now. So... just be you and if he likes you then you'll know he likes you for who you are.

Talk to him and become his friend. Start with a simple hi. Then ask do you like -insert something here-? You'll build a conversation, and a friendship. After a while, ask to sit with him at lunch, if you're okay with it. Good Luck!

i dont see what the big deal is? he doesnt have to know you like him if you say hi!
just walk up to him, and say it "HI!" and smile.
or you could write him a note.
when i liked this guy i wrote "kisses" on a paper, and he wrote back, if they're from you i'd take them.
we ended up dating.
maybe you could write "hi" on a piece of paper and toss it to him during class.
