my 8 yr old bro needs a pen pal?

my brother has msn and tons of emails but none of his frends have a email.were can i find him a penpal or some1 safe to talk on msn. hes 8

Hes a bit young and i dont have much time but i will talk to him. I work heaps but i do get on the net alot. Im an adult with 3 teenagers and i live in Australia. It sounds like fun to talk to people from other countries. Im always interested in different cultures.
