I've heard an athiest say that people who beleive in God only do it to get away with sins ... That didn't make me mad but it hurt because I am christian and I don't like lieing even though it happens some times out of human nature. It felt like more of a personal attack to me. Justifying a group of believers by one stupid comment ... it was petty but it hurt all the same.
I have nothing against their beliefs, which is why it hurt when one athiest out of the group that I know said that. And I know the person personally which is also part of why it hurt, they know I'm not like that and said it anyway with complete disrespect for my religious preferences.

Nothing. The atheists I've known have been very respectful. They make their case, I make mine, we marvel at our different perceptions and then normally order pizza and beer. Good times.
Every religious discussion I've ever had with theists or atheists has always been truthful. Truth is relative to the human experiance. Athiests find truth in their philosophy and theists in theirs.
I say less theogical aggression and more pizza and beer!

I have never HEARD an atheist say anything disrespectful about any religion or about God. Live and let live...that's the way it should be.

I am an Atheists and Pat Robertson is not Satans messinger. There is where you get your insults from your own people, not from Atheists.

I don't get offended by what others say because I am firm in my beliefs. If they want to be disrespectful, that's their prerogative.

That Jesus practiced magic, and that God does not exist. But Jesus preformed miracles, and how can you not look at nature or beautiful babies and not know that God exist. If he did not we would not be here.

Every thing. They have no idea, and it is freakin annoying. I feel sorry for them because I know what is to come for them, yet it still pisses me off to hear someone dissing God. Let's GO!!
