Does anyone know how to install vista ultimate and still have access my old files?

I don't want to do a clean install, just an upgrade.

If you upgrade, you will still have access to your old files and settings.

Typically you boot into your current OS. Insert the Vista DVD. It would then upgrade your existing OS. However, I did a test upgrade from XP to Vista and it didn't go voer so well. A full install is recommended.
