I use to only want to have sex with the lights off. Now, I am extremely comfortable with myself and my partner that I don't care anymore. It's a self esteem issue, so that's what you have to have to get over before you can be comfortable with the lights on. Now, I want to see it all!

Everyone prefers dark. accept young people that haven't seen that stuff yet. I liked lights when i was younger but its definitely less affectionate feeling.
candle light rocks.

As long as there's sex, either way is good but I like the light better. I like to watch the expressions on his face and I want him to be able to enjoy me in all my glory!:)

Make her an exhibitionist
Tease an arousing performance out of her like this
The problem
You're stimulated by her nakedness, but the spot-lit attention makes her feel about as sexy as a corpse on the autopsy table. Encourage her to see the light by following our illuminating tips.
Buy her vintage lace
But not underwear - get her a bed cover, which provides her with something to hide under that's smaller and more transparent than a duvet. "All women have one body part they like less than the rest and will try to hide it from you," says psychosexual therapist Vicki Ford. "A duvet, because of its cumbersome shape and form, can't just be draped diplomatically. You'll end up not getting to see anything at all."
A lace bed cover, however, has three advantages: lace is very stylish, it's more comfortable in warm weather, and it can be seductively draped over her thighs as you swirl your tongue around her belly button; over her stomach as you kiss her breasts; or simply discarded once she gets in the spirit of things. Get a double-bed crochet lace bedspread for £125 from Linen, Lace and Patchwork (01702 712100).
Get the right light
Use a professional light to give yourselves a glamorous look in bed. "A soft box is a large diffused light used by professionals," says photographer Perou, who uses two diffusers during MH shoots. "It helps even out skin tone, iron out bumps and soften edges." And just like magic, Marilyn Manson becomes Monroe.
Get your professional soft box from Jessops (£29.99 Lumiquest, from www.jessops.co.uk or opt for a super-stylish version from designer Tom Dixon, who has a range of cone-shaped diffuser lights (see Cone Lights at www.tomdixon.net.
Give her time for self-reflection
Getting a bronze-tinted mirror fitted to a wardrobe door won't just give you another angle on proceedings, it also helps make her realise how fantastic her body looks.
"Women tend to view themselves in the bathroom mirror where bright light from above will make any lumps and bumps appear even bigger," says professional stylist Nikki Wilkins.
"The tint helps soften the reflected image and gives you both a healthy glow - she'll be surprised how much better she looks." You can have a bronze tint applied to a plain mirror by Solaire Films (01522 811175). And you thought home improvement was dull.
Strike a pose
Your partner will feel most comfortable under the spotlight if she's striking the most flattering pose. "When a woman looks at her bottom, she twists her body to look in the mirror, which makes it look bigger than it is," says Emily Dubberley, author of Brief Encounters (Fusion Press). "When she looks at her breasts she's standing up - gravity does its dastardly business and she gets a complex. However, all women look fantastic from behind with their backs arched - the position lifts her buttocks and minimises the waist - and provides a fantastic view for the man in question." It won't just be the lights you're turning on.

Well, I'm a visual person, and not ashamed of my body, so I prefer the light--candlelight is fine if you want ambiance.
