About a week ago I started exercising for about 45minutes 4 times a week. ie 15 walking, 20min on that airwalker thing, 5min jog (can't do much longer) and 5 min on exercicse bike. I haven't been eating any junk food and no snacks in between meals. When will I start seeing results???? and how quick will they be? I don't want them to be too quick coz they don't last but i'd like to get some sort of result?

Caloric intake is a major key in weight loss. I'd count calories along with you exercise. Start with 2000 cal/ day. That is a good number for most active people wanting to reduce weight. You should see a pound or two come off every week. Keep it up!!

Exercise will mostly tone the body. By itself it takes a lot of work to see differences. If you cut back on calories and exercise it will happen a lot faster, and you take it off in the right places

you NEED snacks in between meals, healthy snacks. If you are eating healthy with lots of protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats, you should be seeing results within a few weeks. That is, if your diet and training are in order.
