And you become "Quiet"?

Shown will you be the power of every word if you can simply be "SILENT"!

Yes, and life is the power behind every word. And truth it is behind every word. And the way is behind the word. Words only have the power I give them. It is sad indeed that some give there power to someone elses word. Yes know the silence and know the power!

Oh, the irony of a question about SILENCE, ASKED IN CAPS!
(Which by the way is considered shouting in the online world).
Also, the last sentence in your question makes no sense.
But anyway...
yeah, you can.
It takes practice and willpower, and it doesn't hurt to have someone mentor you.
There are multiple forms of meditation... the sitting around and chanting "Om" kind is only one.
Personally I do best with active meditation - where I am doing something physical like yoga or exercise, something that requires movement, because I am an active person.
There's lots out there - good luck in your search :)

Meditate and be still. yes, it can be done. It takes practice and concentration to achieve. To understand the power of words is to understand the saying 'the pen is mightier than the sword'. If more people understood the power of words they might think twice before opening their mouths.

Meditation is the only way I know of through which this can be achieved.

Although it takes quite a bit of dedication to achieve it completely. Dedication which most people(of western influence anyways) are not willing to put forward.

Oh yes ( she peacefully expresses ). To quiet oneself for the purpose of ' hearing ' the voice and messages of the soul.

When I quiet myself. . . what I ' hear ' and feel is very pure and powerful.

This is called meditation. It is not easy and requires years of training or incredible self-discipline to improve one's skills on it. (I have trouble trying to meditate for even 5 minutes.)

Sure. Meditation encourages this state. It is quite relaxing. I don't understand your last sentence though.
