My EX girl left me and said she will never come back we go to school and i always catch her looking at me and seeing what im doing she looked through my phone when she used it and saw FRIENDS that are GIRLS phone calls to them then she comes to me and tells me what is that...i talk to her and tell her that i still love her... but then she says no im not coming back...
and then starts to get mad at and me why i talk to some other girl... i tried to make a romantic date but as friends i got all dressed up and she was happy as hell i asked her if she would consider coming back and she said no... but then i see other girls or like waitresses and they look at me and my EX girl gets really mad when she catches them...
What is she trying to do does she want me or care i dont understand i want her back, but she just seems to be playing with me what the heck do i do...

why don't you try playing hard to get, and I'll bet after a while, this is if she really wants you, that she'll consider coming back. Just don't ever let her see you in action with a female.

Cut her off ! Tell her you can't be friends with her because it hurts too much. You are losing out on potential dates with other girls because of this manipulating user who is gonna make you feel foolish again one day. She will either commit to you or walk. Its a win win for you. You control your own destiny. Make her mad on purpose by talking and going out with other chicks. Tell her " thats none of your concern girlie " when she gets up in your business.

it is rather obvious. she doesn't want you back but wants no one to have you. you need to put your foot down and let her know that she lost any say in who you can watch and talk to when she decided to leave. tell her that you are now leaving your life without her and she needs to accept what is going on.
you need to let her go. she doesn't want you but can't stand the thought of you being with any one else. we women do that and she will keep on doing it until you put a stop to it. stop begging her to return and try to move on with out her. it may be hard but you can do it. just have faith in yourself.
