... why can't you just FORGIVE us?

Baseballgirl, "Why do atheists even participate on R&S; I don't like knitting so I don't go to the knitting forum" etc and questions like it is on a permanent loop here. You're not new, you know that.

Oh, and I'm not gay. It's just my avatar that looks gay. Thanks for the compliment anyway though.

It has nothing to do with me forgiving you. I think you guys are the greatest thing since sliced bread. But God on the other hand.....it don't matter because you don't believe he exist....but what if you're wrong...That stinks for you.....but I still love you.

I have no objection to athiests participating on R&S. I've not seen any answers that indicate anyone else does. Everyone hopefully is here to gain a better understanding of their own beliefs as well as those of others. It is a forum for a real education. Too many people abuse it, but there are those few that are true scholars. I appreciate those that come here with respect and serious questions. I don't like those that just come to insult and rip others down.

Forgiveness can only be given by the our Lord Christ Jesus,
we (Christians) can say we forgive anyone but the True Forgiveness can Only be given by The Lord. Maybe you should ask Him.

Acts 13:38 (New International Version)
"Therefore, my brothers, I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you.

Acts 10:43 (New International Version)

All the prophets testify about Him that everyone who believes in Him receives forgiveness of sins through His name."

But if you need someone to tell you..not that I know what you are asking forgiveness for, I forgive you...

Hell, we can't even forgive ourselves . . how are we expected to forgive you? I think you should simply look to Jesus for forgiveness and perfection and assume all people who are Christians are no better than you.

I'm a Christian. I forgive you. I'm tolerant, courteous, not a fool and love a good debate.

We are not the one's you need to be forgiven from!! We have our own problems, man! Get a clue. We aren't all nice either. A flaw.

Sigh.

You haven't been paying attention. Only Christians are worthy of forgiveness. Or at least that's what they keep saying...
