I agree with the other posters that you should be friendly and try talking to him.
Also, guys notice when girls make an effort to look nice. So look your best- wear something really flattering that will capture his attention.
Most importantly, be yourself and let your great personality shine through. If he's worth it, he will be flattered that you chose him to make your acquaintaince.

if you already know him just talk to him. but if you dont know him thats usually the hardest. just get all your courage and walk up to him, with your friends if you need. or maybe he knows some of your friends and there can be an introduction. just try anything. but be yourself. good luck
