When a very sudden change in your dog's health and behavior occurs, you should always assume the worst and hope for the best.
Call your normal vet or an emergency vet and ask to speak to a veterinarian. Describe the symptoms. Sometimes a vet can figure out what may be going on over the phone, or he/she may recommend you bring your dog in for an examination.
Since your dog is lethargic, won't eat, and is throwing up, I would recommend you examine her. Does she have swelling in her belly area? Does she show pain when you touch her belly? Does she walk funny, like she's in pain?
If you answered "yes" to any of those, I would say to take her to the vet right away. These can all be symptoms of bloat, which is potentially fatal to your dog!

Your dog may just be bored and not getting much excercise. But to be sure, take your dog to the vet.

you should ask a vet not us. they get paid to know this kind of stuff, and by the sound of it i'd get the dog to a vet as fast as you can. It may not be serious, but then again it may be. don't take the chance.

You need to call your vet. There is not enough information for me say what may be wrong with her. Lots of illnesses cause vomiting, lethargy, and loss of appetite.
