Try and find a form of activity that you love being involved with and include that in your daily routine. For instance often a walk every night after dinner with your family is good for not just you but your family too, or maybe a jog every morning before you get ready for school, etc etc. Ofcourse it will require you to find time but it may still fit in much more easily to your busy schedule than out n out going gyming etc. And as you said Sat n Sunday are your days anyway, so you can do anything then. Depends what suits you the most. Remember, no Pain no Gain!! Gotta give it something to get somethign back right? In this case, time and commitment. -Cheers.

You have 24 hours each day, just like everyone else in this world. There are people in the world who exercise. Where do the find the time? They make it a priority. You may need to surrender some of the time you talk to your friends so you can exercise. But at least, tell your Mom you would like to fit some exercise into your day and can she suggest a time. (Then she will have to think about how much time you spend helping her).

Ask your friends and neighbors if they want to exercise with you. If not tell them you are starting an exercise program. You can even turn the answering machine on and call them back later. Even 15 minutes is better than nothing.

exercising in the morning is good, however, it does take away from your sleep. that ain't a happy thing.. try to find a time that you dont get disturbed and/or try to tell your friends/ family etc not to disturb you during that time. if you still cant fingure that out, find a method of exercising that can be done at the same time as what you do during the day. Pushups etc are not the only exercise out there.

u don't have to just exercize to be healthy. when u don't have time to exercize just grab a fruit . take some time out of the day to just take a jog arond tha meighborhood or somerhing like that. if u have 2 get up 30 min earlier to go exersize. stop taling on the phone and going on the internet when u could be exercizing!!!

hun, try working from 8am to 5 and then taking care of a kid by yourself, cooking and cleaning house. i still get a chance to exersize. try getting your friends interested in exersizing with you or before you go to bed do some crunches, push ups and leg lifts. it is easier than you think. lets say you have to read for a class. get on a treadmill or a gym bike and read at the same time. talk to your parents about helping you get a membership at a gym.

Exercise at early i.e 5 to 6 am your routine will not be disturbed. It is always better to do do exercise early morning.

look at it this way when you are older and have a car, and rely on that car to get you to and from work get your kids to school on time , get you down to the grocery shops, if you do not make time to refuel and service that car will be of no use at all, your body is the same you need to make the time to refuel(eat)and service(exercise) or your body will be useless
