I talk to her on my drive into work, roughly an hour during the day, and an hour on the drive home. We have been dating for over a year, but just recently we have been talking practically all day. The talk is never boring, it is always something interesting. Should I be cautious?

well my current gf has been with me for a year and everyday we talk from 2-3 hours and before it was 4-5 hours daily. we talked at night and its nice. we both like it. it kinda depends if you like to talk then it shouldnt matter and it will never end because as you say you always talk about something interesting. if you have no more topics you can return and talk about how you met and remember those times is very romantic. my gf loves it.

If you like and and she does I am sure you will find many ways to keep it exciting.
I would caution on the everyday thing (give her a chance to miss you)
because what happens when there is a day or two that you just cant (work, your mother etc)

As long as the conversation is interesting then there shouldn't be a problem. If you feel it is heading that way don't be afraid to talk to her about it. I would think that she would want to preserve what you have, even if that means talking less.

not it normal to talk alot we u know how to talk to someone u like u always have something to talk about
