I don't have a lot, but I would like to get rid of what I have. Are there any specific exercises I can do to help me get rid of it?

It's pretty difficult to try and target a specific area of your body with the aim at reducing fat levels, however, I'm recommending that you focus on high intensity short duration strength routines. These will stimulate your metabolism in a way that most cardio routines will not. Assuming that you're not carrying a whole lot of excess weight and that the only real problem part is your love handles, then try stuff like jumping rope, squats, deadlifts, and even sprints if you're able to. If you've been exercising in the past and you're still unable to drop fat in that area, it may be that your routine has become too routine - mix things up, keep your body guessing, keep your diet clean, and increase the intensity at which you work out. Do not overdo your exercise - I'd say limit it to 4 times a week but for each of those 4 times, work out like there's no tommorow. I'm saying this because excessive exercise can stress the central nervous system (CNS), and if that goes into overdrive you can do more harm than good in terms of fluid (water) retention which people often mistake for fat on their body, or worse - actual fat gain. Good Luck.
