cuz people won't stop poppin out babbies. Plus, life expectancy has increased, so people aren't dying as fast as they are suppose to.

I only assume that you are referring to Jacksonville, FL. If this is the case, Florida's population has been increasing steadily since the 18th century. Nice weather, economic advantages (no state income tax) Hello rich retirees!

Just wait, Florida's population is supposed to double in about 20 years or so. Where will we all live?
