1/2 cup of ice.
1 can of frozen orange concentrate.
1 scoop vanilla ice cream.
1/2 a banana.
1/2 cup strawberries.
Few teaspoons of water.
Blend all ingredients together. Serve, topped with whipped cream.
Enjoy !

1/2 cup soy milk (or other milk)
1/2 cup white grape juice
1 cup strawberries, stemmed
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 lemon, squeezed (for tartness if desired)
1/4 teaspoon Vitamin C powder (1 capsule)
Pinch salt, preferable grey salt
Small handful fresh seedless grapes
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth. If you'd like an iced smoothie, blend and then add ice to desired consistency.

A really nice combo of fruits in a smoothie is where you put bananas, coconut juice, pineapples, strawberries and milk! It sounds really gross but believe me it tastes delicious!!!!!! And if you garnish it with honeydew and apple it looks very delightful! (optional garnishing!)

Well my favorite is to take a handfull of frozen raspberries, a few frozen peach slices, a splash of orange juice, and a handfull of ice cubes. Its easy and cheap and really good.
