Yes!! You should be responsible for your own studies and not making use of your boyfriend. You should ask him to give you flowers, small gifts once a while, these are ways to make up for not being there for you when you need him.

he meant that in a romantic sense as to not being there to talk to you.

its not mean its bullying... why would you make him do your homework if he wanted to make it up to you for not being there... homework will make him not even want to be with you because he will feel like a freakin tool
