Is this a question about what it is? Cushing's phenomenon occurs as complication of excess corticosteroids either due to a tumor that makes them or as medication given to treat other diseases like arthritis and asthma.

It is characterize by central obesity (fat stomach and chest), a buffalo hump (fat lump at the junction of you neck and back), moon faces (round face due to fat in the face), and peripheral wasting (skinny arms and legs). Although not technically part of Cushing's phenomenon, most people with this also develop osteoporosis and many develop diabetes.
