I haven't heard that...but I have heard "What up doh!"... you use as slang with you greet a friend. It's just saying "what's up? what's going on with you?" so when you hear someone say "what up doh"...the common response would be "nothing. chillin." or whatever you feel like answering. It means what is going on with that person. I called someone from the agency that sent me on assignment and he told me whats up. So, it is just friends.
