Perhaps you should have a facial from a licensed esthetician at a reputable salon or spa with spa-line products. After this, you may commence a regime that is suitable for your skin type. This should help with the underlying causes for the breakouts. Always wash your face with a cleanser before bed & when you wake up. Make sure you are exfoliating properly at least 1-2 times per week which will get rid of dead skin cells and additional surface oils/dirt that clog pores & cause pimples.
If you have a big event to go to, purchase an oil-free "pimple" cover-up from Neutrogena or similar (I believe Clinique has one as well) that will both treat & hide the pimple. I know that magazines say "don't pinch" but who follows that? I would agree with the above answers if you decide to pinch - use a clean cotton ball, clean your hands, and do not pinch directly at the pimple but softly around it so that the bacteria is expressed slowly to prevent any bruising.
You can also purchase a GREEN makeup base which camouflages the red and then apply your concealer over top. Use a light powder over top to finish the coverage application.
Best of luck to you! :)

Well... What ya wanna do is get yerself a piece of that clear plastic hose (sold in most hardware stores or home supply centers) place one end of the hose on the nasty zit (Be sure to get the clear hose for obvious reasons) and then suck real hard on the other end. When you see that the puss is gone and just clear blood is coming out very quickly yank the hose off the zit spot (but be sure not to relieve the suction pressure first) The zit will disappear completely, even from the hose. Good luck!

Toothpaste works wonders if left on the pimple overnight. Also TeaTree Oil directly applied does a great job drying it up. The most important thing to remember is to leave the pimple alone, picking at it to remove puss only makes it worse~!

I know this sounds hard to believe, but put a dab of toothpaste on it. I read it in "Beauty Basics" a great resource book on beauty. Tried it myself and it worked- beats spending money on zit cream.

Also, it says that tea tree oil works

The first couple of people are right you can use toothpaste. Or you can pop it using the end of two q-tips. Just make sure yu don't pop it with your fingers mark my words, if you do that you'll regret it later.

Give it enough time to heal and in the mean time use astringent and a warm compress to open the pores.
