Quick weight loss is not healthy and the weight typically comes back. You should also be very carefull if you are really out of shape, as it puts a strain on your heart.

If you are young, I would suggest starting some mild cardio exercises (fast walking, jumping rope, etc.) and start counting calories. There are many websites that will provide data as to how many calories your body burns (at rest) during a specific amount of time. These websites will also tell you how many calories you can expect to burn for a specific exercise, for given amount of time. In order to loose weight, you must burn more calories than you take in. I know that it sounds too simple, but it is what it is. A calorie is a calorie, whether you are taking it in, or burning it off.

Stop drinking soda (even diet). Regular soda's have loads of calories, sugar, and sodium. Diet drinks cut out the calories and sugar, but still have a fair amount of sodium. Sodium (salt) causes your body to retain water. Also, both have caffine which will not allow you to get a good nights rest, which is important in weight loss. If you must, have a diet soda before you plan to exercise. The caffine will give you a little pep to get you going.

Eat foods that are high in protien (chicken, turkey, lean beef, etc) and low in fat. Protien keeps you feeling full longer. It also is harder for your body to digest, so your body burns more calories during digestion. Try cooking a couple of chicken breasts; cut them in half and package them with some low fat cottage cheese or black beans or fresh fruit. What ever you like. Try to eat a good breakfast then, for snack, have half a chicken breast and whatever you pack with it. Eat a whole breast for lunch, then snack on another half or quarter. This will keep you feeling full and keep your blood sugar stable (which keeps you from craving chips and candy bars). Drink lots of water and go to bed early. Get up and repeat. If you get tired of plain chicken, try tuna with a little low fat mayo or make some chicken salad with red grapes and almond slivers. You can eat either on whole wheat tortillas. It's boring food, but it will help you drop some pounds quickly if you are currently eating a lot of fried or fatty foods.

Good Luck!

There is no sure-fire safe way to drop pounds quickly. I lost a lot of weight when we got a dog. I walk him every day for at least 30 to 45 minutes. We both enjoy it. It has made me much healthier and I actually miss my walk if for some reason I can't go. Also, cut out softdrinks and takeaway. NOT GOOD FOR YOU! Stay healthy.

try this my friend. drink two glassess of water before eating breakfast, lunch or dinner. by the time you start eating, your stomach will already have an element in there and not really ask for much food. also very important, chew your food until its almost dissolved, your jaws will get tired and trick your brain that you are full and not want more food. be confident...
good luck

Lypo suction maybe. Fat was not put on in a day and therefore it will not come off in a day.
Basically you have to burn more calories then you are taking in.
Exercise!

Stop eating. I mean, eat NOTHING. You'll drop about a pound a day. Drink nothing but water. You may also want to try eating, then throwing the food up. It's called purging. It sounds gross, but it's better than being fat. It's good to hear you're trying to improve yourself.
