Do not use your ego or "will" to hold onto words. Step back and observe your thoughts as they flow in the river of time. Be still and know the truth. There is only truth and words merely try to capture the essence of this truth.

No single word has power. Words exist in context with other words.

I like sunmans "empty hand". I must forget everything, even love, love is a dead thing, a concept that needs to be buried along with hope. In order to be free I must forget the things I think I know, and say hello to the things I don't. Or I must be the knower of all things.

Mindfulness... if you keep this word in your mind at all times then you're more likely to choose your words carefully and conduct all of your actions in a way that will not cause harm.

Tools of the mind. The trick is to know which tool to use in a given situation. What, which, where, when, why, how, who?
Sometimes the situation calls for no tool, or 'empty hand' as it's known in the martial arts.

" Reveal " was the word that came to my mind when I read your question asking for one single word.

And...in answer to your other comment / question. . . " should we have any (words) at all ? As we are human and not simply spirit / soul we express as humans and thus express words. When I go to ' that place ' of feeling as pure soul...there are no words. . . yet the 'communication' of being at that place is ' heard ' so clearly . . . soul speech.
