Some very young ladies bodies develop totally differently than others. You already have perceptions about this girl which are totally off base. Here's the real scoop. If she's tall, thin with fairly wide shoulders she is developing a wider pelvic area. As ladies get older this happens to many women. Some more noticeable than others because their body structure. Women call this condition" baby hips".
