Even if they are here legally on a work Visa that does not mean they are not working illegally. It's just one large scale problem to me.

If they are here legally they are most likely not paying taxes which will still give them free healthcare and blah blah blah, AND what is even better is if they are here on a work Visa trying to get citizen status... The government gives them even more money.

CLOSE THOSE BORDERS!

Ok you people seriously need to look up the meaning of ignorance, because you fall in that category... i agree on closing the borders and not letting in any illegals, but you cannot say that they should not be allowed to get work visas and come here, the only reason you are here today is because someone in your family a long time ago came here, and guess what YOUR FAMILY PROBABLY CAME HERE ILLEGAL TOO!!! you think all the damn germans and irish people that came here were freaking legal??? americans sit around and talk about how they hate the spics and lets kick them out close the borders, whatever you ARENT any better than they are... actually in all honesty hispanics work harder than most americans.... and i'd like to know where your getting this information that the government just gives all these foreign people money because thats now true...... what i do know though is that the freaking welfare offices are full of BLACK AMERICANS,, <---- is the word hispanic there,, nope didnt think so,,,, what we need to do is work on fixing our counrty and the problems within it and leave the damn foreigners alone!!!!!!!! go back to mexico,, go back to africa,, you people make me sick tell you ******* grandpa to pack up you and all your family and go back to germany or ireland or the wherever your from, anyone from any country has the right to be here because this country is made up of different nationalities if you think thats wrong then we all need to leave and give this country back to the ******* indians.........

No more illegals! Period, they are locust.......Most illegal aliens do not receive a typical paycheck with tax deductions -- they are paid in cash and do not pay taxes. Even when they do pay taxes (only possible if they use fraudulent social security numbers or government assigned ID tax numbers), their meager income is not enough to pay for medical expenses and all the expenses for all the children they give birth to. You don't have to look at statistics -- just visit the maternal ward at the L.A. county hospital. There, illegal immigrant women are having thousands of children per year free of charge and can't afford them once they give birth, and that doesn't stop them from having even more children -- most learn how to work the system so that they receive cash assistance and food stamps.

A basic principle in economics is this: The more people that assimilate into the system the better -- if it creates a larger tax base. But here in California it hasn't. For example, the feds had to bail out the L.A. County hospital system several years ago and the county hospitals are now again headed for another crisis. The evidence shows that the net results are that illegal immigrants cost the taxpayer significantly more than they pay in taxes.

Most undocumented workers from other nations DO pay taxes. Their criminal U.S. employers merely pocket the withholdings and keep it for themselves. As for borders being closed . . .it's official. They are going away. As brought to us by Bush while many were distracted with racist bickerings, we are now one Superstate. N.A.F.T.A., as you know, is an economic alliance between Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. Without Congressional over-site, Bush this winter signed into law a political extension of that agreement in which the three nations are now the new North American "Superstate" called SPP. All borders are to be "streamlined" and eventually eliminated, major new toll highways are already planned to connect all three nations (including the big one eight football fields wide right up through the center of the new Superstate that the King of Spain will hold the lease and profits from), a common currency (eventually, not at first) and common citizenship. Here is the new government's official website:

I gotta say that comprehend thoroughly. i've got have been given a pal who grew to become into entering a convenience shop minding his very own employer whilst an uninsured, unlicensed unlawful motorist drove into him and the shop he grew to become into entering. Now he might desire to to bypass to the Dr. as quickly as a month to have fluid drained from his spinal twine. no person will hire him even in spite of the undeniable fact that he's prepared to sign a workman's comp waiver with the intention to artwork. coverage companies won't insure him. he's forced to be on social protection and not even getting sufficient to help his family contributors much less pay his loan. He could a lot quite be working. This state is a 'no fault' state and the guy who hit him and the shop have been given a $40 5 superb from a choose who mentioned there grew to become into no longer the rest he ought to do.

Most ILLEGAL ALIENS (this is a more accurate term than "undocumented workers) do NOT pay taxes. An illegal alien cannot legal work in this country. They either work under the table, thus paying no taxes, or work with STOLEN or FAKE IDs. If an employer steals or pockets an illegal alien's earnings, that doesn't make it any LESS illegal for the illegal alien to be here in our country or to work illegally. They chose to break the law when they entered the country. They have no right to work and have no rights as a citizen or legal immigrant. Legal immigrants don't have to worry about an employer "pocketing their earnings" because they do have legal recourse, they have rights. An illegal alien has no rights in our country. They do not deserve nor should they be compared to those that are. They are not or should not be entitled to any benefits that a citizen is. Legal citizens and others here legally have priority!! We cannot even provide a decent healthcare program for our citizens, so no one should be fighting for it for ILLEGAL ALIENS!!
oh hell...an illegal alien is not a race. And Americans of ALL repeat ALL races resent illegal aliens of ALL races being here. Ask them!!!!!!

Why don't we worry about the monkies in the white House? We do the fact is we are sold out no matter who bush shoots on the white house steps,or if he and Congress open up a booth and sell coke or crack nothing will be done about it,there will not even be a news report. They are all low lifes

there will always be some form of underground economy. illegal immigration isn't only about that, it's about quality of life, overpopulation, wage-stagnation, unfair hiring pracitices, crime, and so on. it also has culturual implications. when you allow a second-class foriegn population to continue to grow unabated for a long period of time, it will have an adverse affect on that region where they live. it slows down assimilation signifcantly, making it harder for future generations to succeed, and creates problems with language, education, etc.

Both situations are illegal but the more serious crime is entering the USA undocumented. Many of those who get paid under the table came to the US legally (e.g. students) but are just trying to make an extra buck.

Immigration will address both issues but the more serious one is those rushing across the borders like running backs.

and what about Americans that work under the table and get benefits on the side? That is a tad worse to me. Most permenent residents do not work under the table because they have to show they are self reliant to keep their immigration documents. Most people do not realize that...but it is a fact. When you adjust your status you have to show that you have paid taxes for each year. If you didn't you better have a damned good excuse for not.
