you cant get rid of them, most products that claim that they repair the hair will "mask" the split ends and damage. Get a trim, that will get rid of them and prevent them from splitting further up the hair.

Just keep getting your hair trimmed.. like every 4-6 weeks.. it will help prevent split ends, and if you stay with it you will only end up taking off about a 1/2-1in of your hair....It isn't as expensive as you think either, you can find a decent place for just a trim for like $15...just research places in the area...

No chopping, but a light trim is the only way to get rid of them.

Just trim until where the split is... If you use a hair dryer to dry your hair, apply some leave on conditioner to protect your hair from getting "burn"... Too much of heat can lead to spilt end too...

Regular trims and find a good conditioner as well just to moisturize the ends.

As others said, regular trims. And take care of your hair in general, especially if you heat style.
