Sure, a few extra pounds is not a problem.

I'd date a woman that's thick, not obese though. Thickness refers to having a few extra pounds in the right places. Just being honest.

It would be a shame to turn down the person who could be your soulmate over a few pounds. So if I was single (I'm married) I would condier dating someone who is overweight. Besides, I am still carrying around extra pounds from having 3 kids.

why not?
Overweight people are people too, they can have fun just like anyone else, we(yes I am overweight) like going to the movies and to places where everyone else likes to go.. It is easier to say "No I would date that person cause I have a rep to keep up" well let me tell you that's a bunch of BS. My girlfriend whom I have been dating now for a while now is Not overweight but she loves me just the same. She loves how I treat her, take care of her and make her happy.. and she does the same for me. don't worry about what your friends think. I hope things work out well for you...........................

yes. Looks arent everything. It's mostly the personality and what you guys have in common and if you guys have a lot of fun together. It doesnt matter if he's over weight. I myself dated an overweight guy we broke up, but thats not the point. The point is, if theirs chemistry go for it.

why would you date someone solely on their looks to begin with?? you have to like the person to date them not the body they're in.. if looks is the only thing you look for in a person then most likely the relationship will not work out anyway..
as for me.. YES.. my boyfriend and the love of my life is overweight and actualy i prefer that men are because you don't want to cuddle up to bones at night.. at least I don't.. besides the more to hold the more to love.. :)

If you honestly like them AND are sexually attracted to them. I mistakenly dated a friend who was overweight because she expressed feelings for me and we got along well as friends. I really cared for her as a friend but I could not get passed the fact I was not sexually attracted to her. It may sound shallow, but it is important part of any relationship and you won't be happy unless it's there.

No. Today's "a little heavy" is tomorrow's - well, you remember the mother from the movie, What's Eating Gilbert Grape...

sure would... i know this real cute guy who has a little bit of a gut but hes just sooo adorable. he has the same face as Ricky Wilson. Hes a little shorter than me but his personality makes him look a foot taller. personality is everything... and hes got plenty of that.
